As well as offering good value and swift delivery, you were able to satisfy my need for a quiet system by suggesting an upgrade to Sonata Quiet Case. The system you supplied is practically noiseless. This week I had problems with the Nvidia RAID mirror, which I blame on Nvidia. I was delighted to find that my phone calls for support were answered immediately; a quality of service which is increasingly rare. The advice I received from Dimitry in Support was quick and efficient and with his help I was able to restore the system without loss of data. During this period it was comforting to know that I had a 2 year Return to Base Warranty to fall back on. I shall recommend Power Computing to all my friends.

I spent the majority of Friday (16th) calling at major electrical outlets and on the Internet in an attempt to obtain a Nintendo Wii Console. Late on Friday afternoon I spoke to a member of your sales staff who checked the stock and said that I could order two consoles for delivery the next day. I placed the order via your Web site. An hour later I received a phone call from "Tom" who explained that due to demand the order would be delivered the following Tuesday. I explained that I had just returned to the country and that wanted one of the consoles as a surprise for my Grandson, I was travelling south on Saturday. He said "I can't make any promises but I will try and arrange it for tomorrow". An hour later he again phoned to say that they would be delivered the next day. At 0930 hours this morning (Saturday) the consoles arrived. I am employed by a major International Company, who spend millions on staff training, with the primary focus being on customer service. It is so refreshing to deal with a company who take a pro-active response to customer care and take the time and trouble to make a telephone call rather than send an email. Tom was polite, courteous and helpful. I will be recommending your website to my friends and colleagues. I shall certainly be shopping with you again. So why do I think Power Computing is head-and-shoulders above the competition? - ORIGINAL AND GENUINE MICROSOFT WINDOWS CD is included, so you can customise any new installation to your own configuration. - YOU CAN ALSO replace or upgrade the hard drive or any other piece of hardware, because the system restore isn't tied to drivers on a hidden partition on the hard-drive. - ALL hardware is branded and generic so you can download the latest patches from the part manufacturer, ensuring utmost hardware reliability. - ALL DRIVERS AND MANUALS USED ARE INCLUDED in the box in which the motherboard arrived, so you have everything you need to re-install on a blank hard drive. - THEY UPDATE THE MOTHERBOARD BIOS WITH THE LATEST PATCH BEFORE DESPATCH so you don't have to worry about doing it yourself. - NO third party buggy 'utilities' installed. - NO 'BUNDLED' SOFTWARE (especially Norton/Symantec or McAfee products!) - NO CALL CENTRE. Also: - Speed of delivery - No quibble replacement of parts found faulty on delivery - They will pre-partition drives to your specification Although I'm a systems architect, I had a problem once I just couldn't resolve, but I was able to bounce ideas off one of the engineers and so we managed to resolve it: two heads being better than one. Well, there's no restore CD, but the plus is that because it uses all the genuine software, anyone who knows Microsoft Windows can install it (just ask your average teenage relative!).

I placed an order for a well priced, good spec base unit at 13.30 6/11 and received it before midday 7/11, Os installed, set up and tested! It doesn't really get any better than this...will definitely buy from again.
