This time I ordered with the XP OS, so I did not waste any time in installing software and drivers myself. It all worked perfect from the box. Keep up the good work and keen prices. Williams, 27 Oct 2007Just purchased a package deal from Powerc. So far very impressed by the service. I am not 100% computer literate but when i placed the order i had my children with myself and they requested various components for the pc. Powerc listened to my childrens requests and the pc was built in a matter of hours. I could not get the monitor to work at first but one phone call and the matter was resolved. Powerc can access your pc from there end any carry out the instalation for you very easilly. The package i purchased was in other high street outlets for between £650/£700. I saved about £300 and with a 2 year warranty you cannot complain. The high street outlets are only intrested in selling additional warranties. I would reccommend Powerc to anyone looking to purchase a pc.

I ordered a Predator (with some additions) on a Friday, it arrived the next Tuesday as promised, I had difficulty making my old peripherals work and was relieved to find I could contact their staff by 'phone without long delays and receive friendly assistance. The box contained all the packaging for my upgrades, including manuals and OEM Windows disc etc. The computer has performed faultlessly, I'm a musician, and the Intel Dual Core Express Tower system that I ordered just seems to get on with the job, no problems at all.
