Harry, 20 May 2008I ordered a completely maxed out gaming system that was ready for collection within 48hrs, on playing with it for a while, I realised that there was a fault with one of the graphics cards... One quick call to Tom and all was sorted, I now have an awesome gaming rig at about half the cost that shops such as PC-World would charge... Awesome!! Again, I must give major kudos to Tom, great help and instant service... All in all, a winning company, and a winning system!

I had recently purchased a PC from Power Computing and was very impressed with the speed and quality of service they offered. So, I thought I would try them again. I was not disappointed! The specification was a tricky one but they came up with a solution to the problems quickly and at a reasonable price. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service again !

However, Power Computing truly deserve all of the good things that you will read if you look at their testimonials. I am not employed by this company or on any backhander :-). I was very sceptical when reading everything I did but can now testify to how good they really are. 3 months ago I purchased a MESH, faulty on delivery, numerous failures to repair and a 3 month saga involving my bank and a charge back to get a refund out of MESH. MESH are a company to be avoided at all costs, truly appalling in every aspect of customer service. If only I had seen Watchdog first and spoken to this Company I could have avoided 3 months of misery. This partly accounts for my original scepticism about the feedback for Power Computing. However, I can truly testify that this company, and Tom in particular, deliver the goods. I used their on line configuration tool but found I wanted a different graphics card, a quick call and after speaking with Tom he was able to source what I wanted. He also saved me money by advising I did not need XP pro for my needs but could use XP Home. The PC was duly delivered 2 days later. Full marks to the courier as I missed him by 10 minutes, I made a quick call and they delivered back to me within a couple of hours. No problems with the PC, build, packing or delivery. A 100% quality product that worked out of the box. I had a minor problem trying to connect an old printer that Tom was very obliging in trying to help me resolve. The end result is a very high spec PC, very well built from what I can see, good components at a very fair price. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone. When the time comes to replace my son’s PC, or this one I have just purchased, I will use Power Computing. Forget the high street retailers in their warehouses or the likes of MESH, Chillblast or Arbico that populate the PC mags. I strongly suggest you buy from this local company who truly provide a fantastic service.

Everything well packaged and working straight out of the box, great to see an actual Windows disc as opposed to the usual "restore" discs. Top service all round highly recommended.

Tony Alderman, 03 May 2008Badly in need of a new computer I was trawling the web for a local company to build to my desired spec with little success. All the big companies only wanted to alow me the spec changes they wanted. Then I found Power PC's advert in Micro mart. A site visit lead to deciding they said they could do what I wanted, so I rang the telephone number on the Web Site, spoke to Tom. He answered my questions and satisfied me they really could do what I wanted. Even guaranteed delivery the day after tomorrow at no extra cost. So I ordered. Later that day I realised that I had forgotten something, another quick phone call: not a problem for them to include, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. As the new computer arrived on the promised day and set up easily. Another question about moving some of my old computer parts across, another phone call, still nothing was too much trouble for Tom to answer and explain. Would I recommend them, Yes, use them again, Yes. Any complaints, yes - why are they so far from where I live, these guys are good. Thanks, from a satisfied customer.
