I spent about 6 weeks deciding what system I wanted, I read some PC magazines and did the on line configuration which various sites offer. When I finally decided on the system I wanted the fact that PowerC was the most competitive was only one of the many reasons I chose them, the following are some of the others: They changed their websight to make it easy for me to add the components I wanted. They like to talk on the phone and give advice. They offer 2 years free collect and return to base warranty if they cannot put right over the phone. You can, if done safely add for e.g. a second hard drive to the system without losing warranty. Delivery time was exceptionally quick, ordered wednesday and arrived on friday, also the packaging was brilliant. you get all the discs, manuals and the motherboard box so you can enjoy looking at the box(sounds daft but if you are a computer geek you will understand) It worked absolutely brilliantly, my lads put their games on to the highest settings and where amazed. Basically E8400 3ghz duo core with sli M/B, Single 8800gt Graphics, 750watt PSU, 4Gs ram all set up perfectly in nice case, hard drive etc with delivery and 2 years warranty for £550, CHUFFED mike

Jumping onto the website, I found that the spec was not exactly what I wanted. A quick phone call to Tom at Power Computing and I was sorted out with the perfect spec PC in no time at all. I discussed the requirements on the phone with your staff and got some excellent advice about the options I should go for and which ones wouldn't make a lot of difference to me. The order was placed mid-afternoon one day and was with me first thing next morning. The PC was set-up exactly as I'd asked, and it is a delight to buy a PC that doesn't come loaded with tons of trial versions of this and lite versions of that. I am recommending you to everyone I can. It's great to discover that old-fashioned care and service can still be found.

I ordered the computer when the shop wasn't even open on a sunday evening and at 9:06am (6 minutes after they opened) on a monday they said it was ready for collection. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. They were all so helpful and useful. When i had one problem today with the standby i rang up and they were happy to help. Fantastic service won't hesitate to buy from here again and will almost certainly upgrade my pc here shortly. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
