Ordering process was very pain free- I had requested delivery to my place of work which you were able to accomodate after some additional security checks. Other companies had simply refused to do it for me. I was very impressed by your efforts to meet my request. 2. Having finalised my order at around 11:00am on Wednesday 28th May, the machine arrived almost exactly 48 hours later at 11:00 on Friday 30th May. Delivering a custom built machine that quickly (and for free) is a remarkable service. Well done! 3. When setting up the machine I discovered a problem (the machine wouldn't boot) and your technical staff were able to talk me through correcting the problem in less than five minutes. 4. The machine itself is powerful, the components are clearly of high quality and it looks great too. I had purchased this machine the hard way-I had saved up for a number of months and I had also never ordered a machine this way before. I have to say that your product and the service that you have provided thus far have been excellent. I feel like, having had months to research my options, I made the right choice with Power Computing. Thanks very much.

The e-mail you sent re delivery was accurate - the PC arrived at 12.02 - you had given 'before 1p.m.on 29th. I had bought it for a friend - we took it to her place, unpacked it, plugged it in and - hey presto - it worked immediately and was everything we thought it might be.
