Ben Hogan, 30 Jun 2008I put in my order for a new PC on a Friday afternoon two weeks ago, I did it over the phone because I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask beforehand. The friendly and efficient manner in which the assistant dealt with me made me feel more confident about proceeding with the purchase. I placed my order and was told to expect delivery of my PC on the Tuesday morning and it duly arrived in the given time slot. I plugged in my mouse, keyboard and monitor and fired it up. Everything worked perfectly, no problems at all. A nice touch is that it came with the free version of AVG anti-virus installed so I could download those little essential utilities that you always need, but which don't come with Windows. All my peripherals connected up and worked straight away. I have been using my new PC for just about a week and am very happy with it. Just a word of caution, if you intend to buy a an iBuild machine as I did, check out the size of the case you intend to get. I bought a Coolermaster Cosmos; it's a first-class piece of kit but it is larger than I expected. I was fortunate that my furniture had room to take it but that was my mistake in not paying attention when making my selection. All-in-all a very satisfying transaction and I would have no hesitation in recommending Power Computing to any of my friends, relatives or work-mates. Mark, King's Lynn, Norfolk

r debrick, 27 Jun 2008Very good company to deal with, I had a problem with the graphics card after a power failure and the technical team advice was excellent,and a real person answered the phone, the card was replaced without any problem, they also sorted out an issue with my router which was nothing to do with them but the advice was very useful. You could pay a fortune for this type of support with any other company. Will definitely buy from these guys again.

My computer bought from Powerc last year has been running smoothly without any major problems. Overall I am very satisfied with Powerc and would happily recommend them to all my friends and family.
