Mike Ives, 24 Jul 2008I spent a good few days searching around various websites that could build me the high end PC I wanted, I found none that offered me this amount of choice with these kind of prices. I found their customer service excellent,with prompt replies to Emails and found them friendly and helpful over the phone. One thing that was important to me was a speedy delivery and in just over 24hours of Power Computing recieving my order I had a fully operational PC on my desk that was built to the specifications I wanted,also I live no where near them so they must use reliable couriers. Ive been using my new PC (nearly non-stop) for a week now and had no problem what so ever. I can't recommend this company highly enough to anyone thinking of purchasing from them! I won't be looking anywhere else in the future. A business is as good as the service it provides, Power Computing is a GOOD business!
Andy Bichard, 19 Jul 2008I ordered a slighly modified Home/Office Performance desktop without any peripherals last Thursday and was caught on the hop, or in bed, when the courier tried to deliver it at 8.20 on Friday morning! Ended up collecting it myself in the afternoon. That was some fast delivery. Didn't really do anything with it until Saturday when I switched it on only to get nothing. Tried a couple of times but it seemed 'dead'. Changed over to my original power lead and after that everything was great - no idea why the new one didn't work though. Spent the last few days getting on the internet and installing various programs with everything working great. What a quiet computer comnpared to my old one. Hope it carries on that way.
David Higgin, 16 Jul 2008Bought a bare-bones "value" desk top unit and have installed both Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux with not problems. Machine delivered only 2 days after order (free delivery option), arrived 40 minutes after latest indicative time for delivery given in email. Had phoned to check and found staff very helpful - van had broken down. All in all excellent value for money.

I took the plunge on the 5th July 08 and went in to order a new gaming system. After a few minutes of chatting to Lui, a system was booked, they even took my OS to enable a dual boot! Not try to sell me a new one. As it was saturday afternoon, I knew that I would have to wait till Monday and when Monday came, I was not disappointed. What fantastic service. If you are looking for great service and friendly advice look no further. I shouldn't do this cause everyone will want to use them and we all know where that leads:o) I will continue to recommend and use these guys. Sorry I made you open all that packaging just so I could have a look;o) You might save 15-50 quid elsewhere but by the time you have finished ranting and raving at some computerised answer service, you may as well have gone to Power. Graham Neill, 09 Jul 2008Hello all, Having had my PC since Friday, I thought I'd drop you a line about the purchase. System was packed well and was delivered as promised. Antec 900 case a bit of a beast but looks fantastic and is extremely quiet. Monitor (Hannspree 22") top line. The 9800 GX2 card is astonishingly quick and quiet (Medieval 2 has to be seen to be believed on this system)and when I did ring up with a couple of stupid questions the customer service was spot on. There are a lot of companies out there building gaming PC's and if that's what you are after then make an order with Power Computing. You'll be very happy with what you get.
