Anthony Powder, 14 Dec 2008A third party netbook and an iBUILD PC were delivered on Monday, 4 working days after I ordered them. The netbook had been checked and setup with additional programs installed. I had it connected to my wireless network within 5 minutes of taking it out of the box. I unboxed the iBUILD PC this morning (Friday) and, again, it works perfectly. It's so good to use a company who check that equipment is ready to run. A great service as always. I'll keep recommending you to all my friends. Mike
Michael Hebden, 12 Dec 2008I ordered a custom-built PC in 2007. It has worked perfectly, and whenever I have needed advice, it has been freely forthcoming on the phone. This autumn I ordered an HDD enclosure, which did not work. It was replaced immediately at no extra cost and the replacement works fine. I should like to thank especially Tom and Nick for their patience and advice. I would recommend Powerc without hesitation.

You answered the phone quickly and tried to resolve the problem over the phone. Then you arranged for collection and contacted us after you had tested the equipment, returning it to us at a date and time that fitted in with us. Then followed it up with a courtesy call after it had arrived. Excellent service. I will be recomending you to anyone wanting to buy a computer. Many thanks

julie shaw, 07 Dec 2008I saw a PowerC advert in a magazine and decided to buy a computer from them, as they were relatively local and their systems seemed to be good value for money. 6 years on, ok so the latest of games will not run, but it will still do all the usual office, internet, music, 2-3year old games faster than my friend's brand-name, relatively new and high-spec PC. I think it is understandable that I have come back to them now that I am looking to finally upgrade!

When the bank refused to transfer funds (it thought our card was stolen), I promptly received a phone call from the Sales Department letting me know of the issue. The funds cleared and the PC was delivered very promptly. The PC was everything that I could have wished for. Great work and extremely well recommended. And yes very cheap too. I cannot find a comparison anywhere else.

Having limited knowledge of computers, Gareth [top operative] worked out my requirements for a very competitive price. Computer arrived in a few days and is working perfectly. Small error with software but one call and it arrived on disk next day!
