David Mortimer, 28 Nov 2008Bought a pc, had a small problem with it but the staff were brilliant. They were very knowlegable, but prepared to listen to what thought was wrong. The phone was always answered when I phoned. A named person was allocated to deal with the issue until I was satisfied. Well I am and have suggested to friends thay they use them, as I will in the future.

It was collected PM on Friday afternoon, & according to the collecting driver it would be delivered to Power Computing on Monday. I telephoned on Tuesday to enquire as to it's progress, & was asked for a delivery date to suit me. THAT'S A FIRST. I asked for Thursday, & was woken by the delivery driver at 8am.on that day. Magnificent, I am truly grateful to all the staff at POWER COMPUTING for their excellent work. Keith Cook.

This company has got to be one of the very best for prices, delivery and terrific customer service. The web site is so easy to use even a 70 year old dinosaur like myself had absolutely no bother. I needed a very high spec machine (with no monitor or other peripherals), which I custom built on the site, obtained a quote and submitted my order. The machine was built, tested and delivered, beautifully packed within 5 working days. Everything was preinstalled and I had the machine up and running, ready for program installation, withing 20 minutes of unpacking. Given the quality of components used, speed of delivery and general levels of service, plus a free two years collect and return warranty a company offering this as standard, must be confident of their product). The price I paid was quite simply unbeatable anywhere. No off the shelf system can even begin to match it! This company is the best I have ever dealt with and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
David Gathercole, 19 Nov 2008It's been a few days since I received my new iBuild pc, I figured I ought to leave it for a while in case something crops up which needs to be fixed but so far so good :) From ordering the pc and components all the way through to setting up and turning it on, the service has been faultless. The website is easy to use, the iBuild concept is novel and the wait time between ordering and receiving is incredibly short, in my opinion. I had mine within 5 days, and that included a weekend. As an avid gamer I had been putting off getting a new, up-to-date pc because I didn't like the idea of a lot of downtime putting it all together. Not only did I receive a computer that was set up and ready for me to install all my favourite programs, but the change in performance was drastic. I guess I didn't realise just how old my previous pc was :) Thanks to powerc.com for making the transition so easy for me.
