pete hilsdon, 08 Jun 2009Having ordered and been seriously let down by another PC manufacturer [MESH] I kept coming back to the powerc website during subsequent research for a new PC base unit, seemed a good small efficient company, so I gave Power a go. I spec'd up a PC and was quite astounded when told I could 'have it tomorrow'; I took advantage of this offer and was not disappointed, it arrived at 11:45 the following morning. Excellent service, but a few weeks later, the PSU and card reader failed almost simultaneously, whether these two events were linked I don't know; but these things happen. Powerc said they would collect the PC & repair it, free of charge of course. I decided to take it back the 70 miles myself, [saved waiting over a weekend for collection] and within an hour the base unit was ready for collection, upgraded psu in place, new card reader installed, and this was a Saturday morning. Happy service staff, can't be faulted. I would recommend powerc to anyone - in fact I have several times - superb customer service. Keep it up. Best Regards.

Phil, 22 May 2009Excellent service with suprisingly fast delivery time. The system is top of the range without the top of the range pricing. All components are well known brand names not cheaper and often lesser alternatives. All documentation was sent with the computer and tech support is great. I had a minor query which was answered by email within the hour. Can't see any reason why, in the future, I don't continue to use powerc.com

I telephoned Power Computing and discussed my initial configuration with a technician who was very helpful and made a couple of very sensible suggestions on how I might improve on my selections. I incorporated his suggestions into my system. On Thursday morning I telephoned and asked if a further hard drive could be added to my system and the technician was again very helpful and said it would be no problem. On Friday morning the complete system arrived before noon and has proved to be excellent. From initial order to arrival was less than 48 hours and the experience was very good. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their equipment is first rate and excellent value. This is the second order I have placed with Power Computing and I thoroughly recommend them.
