Excellent service with suprisingly fast delivery time. The system is top of the range without the top of the range pricing. All components are well known brand names not cheaper and often lesser alternatives. All documentation was sent with the computer and tech support is great. I had a minor query which was answered by email within the hour. Can't see any reason why, in the future, I don't continue to use powerc.com

I telephoned Power Computing and discussed my initial configuration with a technician who was very helpful and made a couple of very sensible suggestions on how I might improve on my selections. I incorporated his suggestions into my system. On Thursday morning I telephoned and asked if a further hard drive could be added to my system and the technician was again very helpful and said it would be no problem. On Friday morning the complete system arrived before noon and has proved to be excellent. From initial order to arrival was less than 48 hours and the experience was very good. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their equipment is first rate and excellent value. This is the second order I have placed with Power Computing and I thoroughly recommend them.

I'm very pleased and will happily recommend you. (One little gripe - you emailed me that delivery would be after 1:30pm but actually delivered in the morning. It was just luck that my wife happened to be in at the time.) Now I think I'll have to get another because my wife is moaning about how slow her current pc is.

One for me a gaming AMD PC & 2 Intel PCs for the family, plus a Vista Upgrade for existing PC. Delivery as last time was excellent. I had a software fault on one of the PCs which was solved on the phone instantly with great patience from your advisor. I am 77 years old & it has to sink in even thou I have a BA with Hons in 1999 & City and Guilds in PC Building in 2003. It’s just not worth building your own PC when Power Computing offer excellent prices & guarantees. My last PC has had no problems & the new 3 that I have purchased will be the same I am sure.Thank you from a very satisfied customer.
