John Hammond, 08 Jul 2009Further to my earlier feedback: One very minor problem with the PC, as the hard disc cable had detached during transit, but that was easily solved. PC is better than we'd hoped for - super quick, works like a charm, not having to install Vista and the dreaded updates/drivers was a joy, screen is EXCELLENT, PC itself looks great. Francis, 28 Jun 2009Very impressed by the build quality and standard of service. The Quad 2.83 processor was a good choice for video-editing, and so far I've had no system problems, and all programs load very quickly, even from a cold boot. Getting on-line proved a bit of a headache, but that's really my fault for not recording all the details I needed from the old pc before it died. When I eventually got through to my provider's customer service the problem was finally sorted, but it's a warning to others to write all details down! I did feel foolish though for not realising the wireless connection depended on an external aerial (assumed it would be like a laptop!), and eventally found the aerial in the box containing manuals, etc.
