After purchasing from Dell,PC World and many other companies that never did what it said on the tin my Nephew recommended PowerC, well the PC arrived on the day very well packed and I could not fault the customer service, as for the PC it's value for money and looking good. It was pickup on the Monday and delivered back to 3 days later. I was already happy with the service from this company, but they really looked after me and I would very definitely buy from PowerC again. Alan Kingsman, 20 Aug 2009I phoned Power Computing to ask a few questions about building a custom computer. They were very helpful, suggesting exactly what I would need for my usage. I placed the order the same day and the computer arrived two days later as they said. Having had the computer for about a month now I am very pleased. I had a small problem with the wireless adaptor but a phone call to Power sorted out the problem straight away. Overall, excellent customer service and a great product. Would recommend to anyone wanting a custom-made pc.

My advice - ask for "Tom" but I am sure the rest of the crew there are just as able to help. I ordered my pc with the help of Tom - he gave me advice as to the best components to buy and which would work well together. I had an idea of what I wanted and he made this happen with the budget I had. Pity I live so far North that it took an extra day or two but still very quick. I took a look around the web before I decided to buy my stuff from Power Computing and found their prices to be as the rest on most and some to be even cheaper on the same branded gear. As a score I would be very happy to rate 10/10 for everything across the board. Thank you Tom and all at Power Computing - I will buy from you again without a second thought.

ian campbell, 07 Aug 2009Dear Power Computing team, I have been purchasing most of my computing equipment from you for a few years now. This was originally because you were local to me.. I had a problem with the BIOS on one system and as soon as I told you a BIOS upgrade was installed by yourselves ( not even ASUS latest BIOS did the trick ). That was a few years ago so when I came to upgrade my whole system, I asked your advice and ordered the machine which you built and tested for me. I am very pleased with the result and the knowledge that if I have a problem you are quick, courteous and very helpful. Thank you guys for a great service. Kind regards Derek
