I have received unbelievably good service - from sound advice when ordering through to incredibly fast delivery. But best of all was the help I received on the phone while setting the system up, help given in a non-patronising way, great for a technophobe like me! BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!

Frustrated at the delay and not being made aware of this before I made the order, I researched online for cheaper alternatives. There may be a few alternatives to the big brand's, but PowerC's amazing reputation (especially with their Customer Services) was the deciding factor for why I chose them. Ordered my computer in the morning and for a small fee of £10, it arrived the very next morning. Sensational. Whether if you're looking at the price or service, you can't do better than these guys

After purchasing from Dell,PC World and many other companies that never did what it said on the tin my Nephew recommended PowerC, well the PC arrived on the day very well packed and I could not fault the customer service, as for the PC it's value for money and looking good. It was pickup on the Monday and delivered back to 3 days later. I was already happy with the service from this company, but they really looked after me and I would very definitely buy from PowerC again. I cannot praise them highly enough for their service and the good products they produce. Thanks again...
Alan Kingsman, 20 Aug 2009I phoned Power Computing to ask a few questions about building a custom computer. They were very helpful, suggesting exactly what I would need for my usage. I placed the order the same day and the computer arrived two days later as they said. Having had the computer for about a month now I am very pleased. I had a small problem with the wireless adaptor but a phone call to Power sorted out the problem straight away. Overall, excellent customer service and a great product. Would recommend to anyone wanting a custom-made pc.
