I phoned Power Computing to ask a few questions about building a custom computer. They were very helpful, suggesting exactly what I would need for my usage. I placed the order the same day and the computer arrived two days later as they said. Having had the computer for about a month now I am very pleased. I had a small problem with the wireless adaptor but a phone call to Power sorted out the problem straight away. Overall, excellent customer service and a great product. Would recommend to anyone wanting a custom-made pc.

My advice - ask for "Tom" but I am sure the rest of the crew there are just as able to help. I ordered my pc with the help of Tom - he gave me advice as to the best components to buy and which would work well together. I had an idea of what I wanted and he made this happen with the budget I had. Pity I live so far North that it took an extra day or two but still very quick. I took a look around the web before I decided to buy my stuff from Power Computing and found their prices to be as the rest on most and some to be even cheaper on the same branded gear. As a score I would be very happy to rate 10/10 for everything across the board. Thank you Tom and all at Power Computing - I will buy from you again without a second thought.

I had a problem with the BIOS on one system and as soon as I told you a BIOS upgrade was installed by yourselves ( not even ASUS latest BIOS did the trick ). That was a few years ago so when I came to upgrade my whole system, I asked your advice and ordered the machine which you built and tested for me. I am very pleased with the result and the knowledge that if I have a problem you are quick, courteous and very helpful. Thank you guys for a great service. Kind regards Derek

Massimo, 04 Aug 2009I've owned my custom built PC now for almost a month and I'm pleased to report that I am very happy with it. I wanted a PC that would be powerful enough to handle Sony Vegas Video Editing package and hence I ordered a PC based on the ASUS P5Q Pro motherboard fitted with an Intel E8400 3.0 GHz Core 2 Duo processor with 4GB of Corsair DDR2 SDRAM. These options weren't all selectable from their web site PC configurator but a quick phone call revealed they would try to match my requirements as close as they could. So I emailed them a spec with component preferences and was very pleased with the quotation received. They matched my requirements and the price was very competitive, in fact it would have cost me the same amount of money to purchase all the components separately and then I'd have to build it myself. They not only built it but also included 2 years RTB warranty with free collection. I doubt many other companies could match this. I ordered the PC Saturday morning and received it Wednesday morning. It arrived packaged securly with all the drivers and motherboard manual plus a bonus Nero 7 Essentials CD. All I had to do was install Vista, some drivers and I was up and running. I would recommend this company to anyone and will no doubt be purchasing from them again. Darren (Stoke on Trent)
Darren Swindells, 04 Aug 2009I'd like to thank Power Computing once again for excellent service. I ordered an iiyama B2409HDS 24" Widescreen HD Monitor on 23/07/2009 with a Saturday delivery. Within a couple of hours I received a phone call to advise me that it was out of stock, but new stock would arrive in time for a delivery on Saturday 1st August, a week later, which was no big issue. The monitor arrived just after 8:00am on Saturday 1st. It was extremely well-packed, has no dead pixels and now takes pride of place in my flight sim setup. This is my second purchase from Power Computing, the first was a Custom Gaming PC a few months ago. I use it for flight sim, music and everything else I can think of! So, my message is the same as my previous Testimonial, don't hestitate to buy from Power Computing.
