martyn styles, 05 Feb 2010Can't praise enough ... had a graphics card problem after 18 months trouble-free use: excellent communication talk throughs to try and resolve at home, a free courier pick up and replacement card in a week. Apart from that the computer has performed better than any expectations I had. My next one is definitely coming from powerc (no I'm not related to anyone who works there - I'm a very satisfied customer :-)

There was a quick and helpful response to my initial e-mail followed by a couple of equally helpful telephone calls. Delivery was scheduled some considerable distance away in the middle of what turned out to be the heaviest snowfall for years - but arrived on time at the carriers depot. The system was all set up as promised and has been working well.
