Although I had to collect it from the Post Office after I returned home, I was more than impressed by the time it took to process my order. James McGeachie, 14 Jan 2010Hi Just wanted to tell people what a good service you will be getting if you order a PC from Power Computing, Before placing a order i was a bit worried about ordering online, So I phoned up a few times to ask about a few things and each time got a very helpful member of staff, So placed my order for a gamming PC done through iBuild on Thursday night and got my PC Tuesday morning by 12pm even with all the snow, pluged it in and it was ready to go. Was really happy and would recomend to all.
Kerry Powell, 14 Jan 2010Ordered on a Thursday after 5pm and the machine arrived on Tuesday. Very impressed with assembly. Cabling was very tidy. All unused cables and installation cds were sent to us. My husband's boss was so impressed by our computer I just had to recommend powerc.
werd, 13 Jan 2010Over the years I have bought several computers from Power and recommended others to do the same. Why? Firstly good value and secondly excellent service. Wherever you intend to buy your brand-spanking new computer from it is sensible to consider what position you would prefer to be in if you are unfortunate enough to have it let you down one day. Do you want to be faced with a lengthy wait to speak to someone in another continent trying to explain on an indistinct line what has happened or would you rather make a quick call to the friendly guys at Kempston? A bit of a ''no brainer' I would suggest!!
