I had the misfortune of my PSU blowing out on me 8 months after buying my PC from these guys, but I must give them praise for the perfect customer services for a warranty issue. PSU blew on Monday, PC collected Tuesday, fixed & sent back overnight Wednesday for it to arrive just after 9am on Thursday. You cant ask for anything better! Sure beats those big Name Brand Corporate shops in my experience. So thanks guys, the 2yr warranty is sure worth the value of your PC's & would highly recommend them to anyone. I sure will look at them for my next PC.

Peter Knappett, 20 Jul 2010Having had my machine for a few weeks now I feel in a position to make a testimonial to a company that go the extra mile when you are about to purchase a PC. I looked at the various specs available and could not make a final decision on which really met my needs. An email to Power Computing resulted in a very quick response from Tom with a spec that was spot on for my needs. Once ordered Tom was always available and willing to communicate at every stage of the build and subsequent shipment to Spain, offering alternative cases etc. Just six days after I placed my order the PC arrived (and on the day it was scheduled an amazing feat for Spain) and was up and running in 10 minutes, and it has not stopped since. The air temp has regularly exceeded 30 degrees but the machine is still quiet and the components kept cool by the additional case fans. To date I have had no reason to contact support because my PC has never missed a beat. A very well built machine, I will certainly recommend Power Computing to my friends and clients here in Spain and will buy subsequent machines from Power Computing Thanks Tom and all the staff.

I did have a small problem when it first arrived but this was sorted out in record time by Tom and co. I did a lot of comaparisons before deciding on a Powerc desktop and taking everything into account I believe Powerc offer the best value, support and service for the money. More important the advice and after sales service is second to none. I would certainly recommend Powerc and will be back for my next computer in time. Thank you.

Firstly I had help configuring it and however daft my question nothing was too much trouble. Secondly I live in Spain and the computer was shipped on Thursday evening and arrived on Tuesday afternoon. How good is that! I have owned my own computer company based in Herts and was very sad when I had to close due to illness. I found Power Computing on google and called them up. I had a very specific system and wanted it in a hurry. The order was placed on the Wednesday afternoon around 4.00pm. i collected my completed water cooled gaming system at 5.30pm the following day. I would like to thank Tom and his staff for a brilliant job and I must say whoever put the system together really does understand how a system should be built. 100% quality and first class service. Was kept informed of the status of my order during Thursday afternoon and it arrived Friday morning at 11.30. Well packed and working perfectly out of the box.
