I was impressed by their service and the amazing speed the PC arrived at my door (ordered late tuesday afternnon, delivered 10.30 thursday morning). Since then have had no hesitation whatsoever in recommencing them to others, and have got a further 2 PC's for friends off them with a third in the pipeline. Seriously guys, if you are looking for a new PC at the right price, prompt efficient service and that 2 year warranty... look no further, POWERC are for you. (and NO.. i dont work for them lol)
stewart jones, 10 Sep 2010Had a good look around online when thinking of buying a gaming desktop and this company offered a unique 3-days service (ordered system on Friday, received it Tuesday morning!) plus an unmatched 'Collect and Return' Warranty. Once I called (the local number and not some fancy premium line) and call was quickly answered by one of actual partners, could not have been more helpful and reassuring. Went over quote reference online, made some changes, paid (no charge for credit card either) and received email confirmation and as promised, was called morning of delivery to confirm actual hour slot of delivery, which was spot on. Fantastic service overall and am very pleased with the system so far. Minor queries quickly answered by email and I look forward to using this PC.
Chooi, 09 Sep 2010I bought a custom built machine 20 months ago. When the machine was delivered, I was very impressed with the build quality and the attention to detail. For example, all loose cables had been cable-tied very neatly, which helps improve ariflow through the case. The machine is still running perfectly and the large case-fan keeps it cool and quiet. I normally build my own machines but on this occasion I did not have the time. I am now considering buying a second machine from Powerc as I am still short of time but want a quality product. Very highly recommended and thankyou to the team at Powerc.

Had a quick 'phone call from Tom to check a couple of things about five minutes after I placed the order. Said it would be shipped out Monday and be with me in Italy yesterday. Was pleasantly suprised (and shocked) to have my order at 9.30am the next working day! Although i have yet to install my new motherboard, so far i am very impressed with the speedy service.
