This company is an example of how it should be done. Quality advice and efficient service. The pc is everything i had hoped for and better than anything i could have purchased off the shelf. I will recomend power computing whenever possible and i will no longer deal with any other company for my pc needs.

I bought a new iBuild desktop computer from them in Feb 2011 and every step of the ordering process, delivery and customer service was a breeze. Every email question I had was answered within the hour. When I rang them, the phone was answered straight away and was dealt with by friendly, competent people who didn’t rush me when I was unsure of stuff. They are a very customer focused company and recognise that if you treat customers well they will keep coming back. They also offer as standard a 2 year warranty, whereas most retailers only offer one year. When I opened the PC, the cables were all tied away with plastic ties very neatly, and the two screws I needed to remove to take one side panel off were the type you don’t need a screwdriver for. I haven’t had any trouble with the PC at all; apart from getting used to a new Operating System. I didn’t get the extra quiet case or expensive fans; just the basic ones, and the PC is still very quiet. A month later I realised I needed a second internal hard drive, and when I wasn’t sure how to connect it, Tom talked me through it on the phone and then sent me the link to a helpful video on how to format it. It also arrived within 24 hours even though I had chosen the cheapest delivery option. The PC was free delivery and they used a company called Interlink Express who have the best system I’ve ever seen. You put your reference number in and if you keep refreshing the page every few hours, they tell you more info; • when it was picked up, • where it is now • when it gets to your local depo • when it gets on the van • and when it is likely to be at your house - to within an hour! So you can plan your day without having to wait around with uncertainty. Then you get your parcel, which is very professionally packaged. My PC was inside two thick cardboard boxes, with extra posh packaging inside. That’s in addition to the custom shaped polystyrene around the PC. The separate hard drive arrived in a box that had two different types of firm foam cut to size, and one was the expensive type that photographers use in the lens cases with different size cutouts. Tom even sent me more plastic ties without me asking because he knew I’d had cut them to access the cables for the new hard drive. 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend buying a PC from them and I will definitely use them again.

I ordered on line at 10.30 am.Monday and it was delivered at 11.10 am. Wednesday exactly as specified.I cannot fault the service,quality or price!Keep it up guys, regards,
Kim Tipple, 03 Mar 2011This is now my fourth computer over the years from PowerC (3 for me, 1 for my brother) and as this is probably the last one I will buy (old age etc) I decided to push the boat out. The top end machine I ordered and received has exceeded all my expectations. I returned to Power Computing because of past service I have received and today it is just as good as ever it was. Everything handled with great courtesy and efficiency and even a change of my mind on two specs caused no problems. Thank you again, PowerC, for such wonderful service in this day and age. I heartily recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy supplier.
