Alan H, 01 Feb 2011I would very much like to praise Power Computing for the exceptional service they provided to me over the Christmas/New Year period. I purchased a custom built iBuild PC from Power Computing just before Christmas and was amazed that they could turn around the order and dispatch so quickly. The PC arrived very well packaged but unfortunately it would not boot due to large fan dislodging cpu in transit - a few fans came on and that was about it. Now, I was expecting lots of hassle phoning them up and getting it sorted. Not a bit of it. Power Computing provided exceptional service - special mention to Tom who was very patient with me. Every phone call was answered very quickly. They even sent a member of staff on a round trip of some 100 miles to collect the PC and return within a few days - and that was over the Christmas holiday period! Returned PC is outstanding and I am very pleased with it and could not recommend Power Computing highly enough. Thanks guys.
Mike Whitlock, 29 Jan 2011I'm absolutely delighted with both the computer and the serivice provided by Power Computing. I wanted a fast but quiet PC. My old one sounded like a helicopter coming in to land! I chose all the quiet options plus asked for a fanless graphics card which Power Computing sourced especially for me. Having all SSD drives also kept it quiet. Now instead of a helicopter I just hear the quiet whirring of a power supply fan - bliss! The SSD drives are a big bonus - Windows 7 boots up amazingly quickly and after log on is ready to use right aaway. My old PC's hard drives would churn for a few minutes after log on before it became fully responsive. This is my 2nd PC from Power Computing - and in a few years I'll be coming back for my third - just hope they keep the quiet options available.
Paul, 28 Jan 2011In my view the mark of a great company is not when things go right but what they do when things go wrong. Power Computing are up there with the very best. I purchased a motherboard, CPU and memory from them, installed it myself and all was wonderful for two days, then something went wrong and it died totally. I phoned Power Computing and was expecting a load of fob off excuses and blaming me for not installing the motherboard correctly. Not a bit of it, they were helpful and polite and arranged for it to be returned by next day delivery (at their expense). It was duly collected and the next day the engineer phoned to say it was the motherboard that caused the problem, they were giving me a new one, it was reassembled, tested and sent back to me by before 12 o'clock parcel delivery. It turned up at 9 the next morning. Total time from collection to return less than 48 hours. To say I was impressed is a big understatement. So thanks to all at Power Computing and an extra big thank you to Tony (the engineer) for your help and understanding. It is definitely an A* company that will be my first choice for a long time to come.

I had a nasty BSOD and other niggles, difficult to trace actual cause, but no hassle, new motherboard and hard drive within 3 days door to door without question. Great service, no hesitation in recommending.
Dennis Evanson, 27 Jan 2011I ordered one of your iBuild Machines on 13/12/2010 having selected Graphics & Sound cards plus Windows 7 operating system, the computer was delivered to me by lunchtime on 15/12/2010, a wonderful service. I couldn't get the graphics card to work,I reported this to Tom at Powerc on Saturday 18th Dec. Tom suggested various remedies which didn't cure the problem,a new graphics card was sent which I received on the Tuesday,I removed the old card and installed the new one, all with powerc guidance and all was well. Whilst this was a little frustrating I cannot praise enough the way everything was handled. It's only when something goes wrong do you find out how good the company is, and this one could not be better. will most certainly use them in the future. Oh I nearly forgot the Computer is brilliant as well. Many Thanks all round. Brian Terry-Short
