Kim Tipple, 03 Mar 2011This is now my fourth computer over the years from PowerC (3 for me, 1 for my brother) and as this is probably the last one I will buy (old age etc) I decided to push the boat out. The top end machine I ordered and received has exceeded all my expectations. I returned to Power Computing because of past service I have received and today it is just as good as ever it was. Everything handled with great courtesy and efficiency and even a change of my mind on two specs caused no problems. Thank you again, PowerC, for such wonderful service in this day and age. I heartily recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy supplier.

On the telephone,I was given valuable pre-purchase advice, and a final configuration was discussed and arrived at in a matter of minutes. I placed an order towards the end of the week, and was told that my PC would be delivered before 12.00 Midday the following Wednesday.. As promised, by 10.30am on that Wednesday, my new PC arrived!! Build quality was excellent, and the machine does everything I had hoped for. My personal thanks to the young lady on the switchboard, and Tom in sales for help and advice. I wouldn't give a thought to buying anywhere else. Many thanks.
John Rees, 22 Feb 2011Bought a motherboard bundle (my 4th from Power computing over the years). On powering up had a problem with booting. As this was Saturday morning gave them a ring and was told to bring it in. Within an hour they had it running (I had a screw shorting on the board!). Even though it was my fault there was no cost! I was very impressed with the service and would recommend every time. Superb!
