After a quick phone call about how long it would take to build, I ordered iBuild Intel i5 Home/Office Custom PC online choosing the specification I required, all the time, the running total appears on the screen as you choose or change the components/spec which is excellent. I went for the collection option as I live within 30 miles and the machine was ready the following day, I also received emails to keep me upto date with the build progress. It worked out of the box and connected straight to the internet without any problems what so ever. When collecting I took my old computer in for repair, not mentioned to them before, the hard drive had died and needless to say I had not backed up the drive recently and yes, it had important data on there which would have been very annoying to have lost. However,Tom was confident that they would be able to do something to recover the data. I can only say the service was excellent, Tom kept me informed by telephone on the progress and not only did he recover the data but rebuilt the files and folders to make everything accessible again. Many, Many thanks, I can only recommend them.

I would like to say a big thank you to Powerc, I have had a truely excellent buying experience with yourselves. Staff were professional, efficient and kept me informed at all times. I ordered a bespoke PC for my son on Thursday 26th May (late afternoon!) and received the PC on Saturday 28th May - amazing! Having had a throughly awful experience elsewhere it was great to deal with a company who could deliver exactly what they claim they can. I would recommend to anyone and will do. The PC was ready to go as soon as I unpacked it. Packaging excellent also. This is the first time we have used power computing and I can recommend them.
