Keith Rosen, 21 Jun 2013My computer broke a month before the guarantee ran out so i phoned up on a saturdayand got straight through to a person that spoke perfect english and knew exactly what they were talking about. It was picked up on monday for return and came back fully repaired on thursday at no cost to me.Thats what i call service could you imagine pc world doing that ? in a word no. Thank you all at power computing i will certainly be ordering from you again as i like to configure pc's that i want and would never use a large company that tells you thats it take it or leave it. I decided to pop in and within a few hours our PC had been fixed and upgraded to our recequired spec.
