This is now my second computer from the powerc team the first was for my wife and the second was a high end gaming rig for myself. Was not to impressed with the offerings and did a Google search and found powerc.com. Circumstances dictated I had to order by phone, the people were very friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. Delivery was scheduled before midday the next day and arrived before 11:00am, excellent quality goods and build. 1 Would I order from them again? 2 Would I recommend them? Without any reservations whatsoever YES.

I did not get time to unpack and set it up for a couple of days but when I did it took about 40 minutes and everything was preloaded and set up and worked first time,Well done ! Denis Minchell, 15 Mar 2013It was, with a considerable amount of fear and trepidation, that I stepped out into the brave new world of buying a new computer. I had been putting off the awful day for a long time: So what, if I was still running XP, it worked! But despite my most valiant efforts, the poor old girl was grinding to a halt, and some mornings barely got out of bed! So, realising that I was about to face a world more suited to those aged 16, rather than 40 plus (hell I can remember feeling cool as Santa had just given me a Sinclar ZX81) I started to consider buying a new machine. Luckily, a chum of mine suggested an expotition to The North Pole, aka Woburn Road Industrial Estate. So, off I went rather hoping that I wound not to have to interact with some adolescent who would shower me with information that I would not understand, in the same way they could not comprehend the concept that NO, I did NOT want the computer to play games on! All fears and worries were unfounded, and soon fell away. When you get to Power Computing, you soon realise that you are dealing with a chap that not only knows what he is on about, but listens to what you have to say, and does his best to ensure the machine that you end up with – for they build them to personalised order – is what you want. You also realise that he has standards, and that the kit that he recommends is of quality, keenly priced, and pertinent to you. Indeed, I ended up feeling sorry for the chap, as over the course of a few weeks I harangued him with questions many of which, I am sure, were trivial and unnecessary to anyone, apart from those that had used floppy discs when they really did flop. He was, quite simply, brilliant; listening to my needs, and then coming up with a specification that met my requirements. As a result, I have ended up with a super machine that does all I want. All through the process Tom has been considerate, accommodating, and, furthermore, kind. You never feel as though you are being talked down too, questions are answered clearly and concisely. What is more, Thank Goodness, when you call them, the phone is answered by a human straight away, rather than some infernal message, presenting a labyrinth of options to ensure “I get to speak to the right person” when all that really happens is that my blood pressure is greatly increased, along with the cost of the call! I have come to recognise that when dealing with Power Computing, you experience old age values in this new age world. In the company logo, the name is powerc I suppose that it is obvious that the c stands for computing. However, I would like to suggest it could equally stand for confidence. For it is what you have here: Confidence in the service, confidence the advice, confidence the price, and, paramountly, confidence the final machine. I have no doubt; I have ended up - as anyone will with these guys, “the computer that’s right for me” …Thanks Tom!

I'm getting another computer built by these guys in the next couple of months for my use away from work, so I'm looking forward to getting that. Excellent price, excellent service, they keep you updated with your order as well as tracking info. A+++++

Mike Glossop, 13 Feb 2013I ordered a computer for a disabled friend from Power Computing based on my experience from nine months ago when I ordered my own computer from this Company. Service has been superb in every way - from advice on the most appropriate specification to unbelievably fast speed of delivery. I placed my order on Monday 4th Feb 2013 morning and received the computer, built to my specification, this morning Thursday 7th Feb 2013. I live in Northern Ireland so that is exceptional service. I cannot say more - simply exceptional quality from every point of view. PS This computer, like my own, performed very satisfactorily from first 'switch on'.

Power Computing are the best pc custom build around and will have no hesitation in buying from them in the near future.
