Massimo, 23 Dec 2014I thought it was about time I left feedback on here after ordering 2 PC's from yourselves. I bought my first PC in 2009, which gave me 5 years of trouble free computing, and decided to order again when I had decided I wanted to upgrade my system to a new X99 gaming system. I am really happy with my new PC and cant fault it, and I have no doubt this will last me for many years to come. I would just like to say a special thanks to Tom who I was in contact with by email on a regular basis. When I ordered the PC was going to be delivered to my home address, but as I was at work Tom kindly agreed to deliver it to my parents address. Thanks for all your help and answering my questions Tom. See you in another 5 years! Kind Regards
Andrew Page, 22 Dec 2014Thank you for your excellent service, I ordered the motherboard, processor, fan and memory bundle yesterday afternoon. You phoned me this morning at about 9.30 to tell me it would be ready at 10.30. I picked it up at 10.40 together with a case, dvd and card reader. I assembled it all this afternoon and the system is up and running this evening. Exemplary service once again, you make it so easy to put a cost effective and powerful system together, many thanks. As you know, I have bought a couple of mother boards from you in the past as part of your iBuild scheme. But I wanted to totally upgrade and move from XP to Windows 7 Professional. As I have several Terabytes of data it was essential I could trust the suppliers. So I drove over to your offices about 3 weeks ago – a round trip of about 140 miles. I wanted to meet you and get a further sense of how wise or not it would be to place with PowerC a major order for a top of the range PC. I was delighted with the hour or so we spent discussing options for my new i7 PC. I very much appreciated the manner in which I was received and the very substantial grasp of technical matters as I judged them. Suffice to say, the PC was built and delivered a couple of days earlier than expected. It’s faultless and the entire service and technical aspects are most agreeable. I have now totally transferred the applications from Windows XP to Professional 64. It’s stable, silent, or very nearly so. You have a very satisfied customer. Thank you. Best wishes

Gordon brockie , 17 Oct 2014Well into the first week of my new PC from Powerc and I have to say I am delighted. Everything works, it's incredibly quiet and it's so much faster than its predecessor. I have to say that - over and above this - the staff at Powerc were very friendly and extremely helpful. Tom, in particular, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all my data was transferred, including the most important files that I forgot to tell him about. All in all this has been a very pleasant experience, turning something I dreaded into a very positive outcome. I can recommend Powerc.

Sylvia Hutchings, 03 Sep 2014I had a completely out of date (old!)PC with an equally old printer. Both decided to stop working at about the same time. Unfortunately all my essential programmes had been set up to run on an equally out of date Lotus 123 and the programmer had subsequently moved out of this Country and was not contactable. I spent some time on the Internet trying to acquire another printer which would work with my Windows 95, with no success. Then I contacted Tom at Power Computing, who not only got my old Windows programme working again, but went to a lot of troble to track down a printer that would work with it.I am now up and running again. Fantastic service. Well done.
