Well into the first week of my new PC from Powerc and I have to say I am delighted. Everything works, it's incredibly quiet and it's so much faster than its predecessor. I have to say that - over and above this - the staff at Powerc were very friendly and extremely helpful. Tom, in particular, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all my data was transferred, including the most important files that I forgot to tell him about. All in all this has been a very pleasant experience, turning something I dreaded into a very positive outcome. I can recommend Powerc.

Sylvia Hutchings, 03 Sep 2014I had a completely out of date (old!)PC with an equally old printer. Both decided to stop working at about the same time. Unfortunately all my essential programmes had been set up to run on an equally out of date Lotus 123 and the programmer had subsequently moved out of this Country and was not contactable. I spent some time on the Internet trying to acquire another printer which would work with my Windows 95, with no success. Then I contacted Tom at Power Computing, who not only got my old Windows programme working again, but went to a lot of troble to track down a printer that would work with it.I am now up and running again. Fantastic service. Well done.

I did not encounter any major problems hardware wise, everything works as it should. When the time comes for another pc I will certainly buy from Power Computing again. Massimo, 13 Aug 2014Wednesday 30th July rang at 09.30 to report my computer went "pop" the previous evening. Your service man immediately confirmed I had disconnected from the mains for safety reasons. My machine was under warranty so it was arranged a courier would pick it up that day. Within two hours the courier collected my machine. Friday 1st August you rang at 09.45 to advise my machine was repaired and fully tested and could I possibly take delivery on Monday morning. This was agreed. Monday 4th August my computer arrived just before 11.00 It fired up perfectly just as you predicted and I was catching up on things by 11.30. A five day turnaround with a weekend in between is fantastic and the pleasant, efficient way you dealt with my disaster made me feel confident of a result. There was no stress in dealing with you and I will certainly buy from you again and recommend you strongly to other people. Many thanks for your 1st class customer service. Raymond Nicholls.

My wife bought me a new graphic card for my birthday and the (well known) company she bought it from doesn't supply the relevant cables, in fact they don't even stock one of them. A couple of emails later and I'm installing the missing cable courtesy of you for the princely sum of nothing at all. You didn't even ask if I'd bought anything from you before (which I have and will again) you just wanted to help and to me that's pretty awesome.

I called the sales team and discussed my requirements which were needed for video editing and office program's, I was given a good cost effective custom built PC which has ran flawlessly for the time I have had it so far, the whole process including building and collection was all done within a few hours, defiantly worth using this company for their great products and brilliant service.
Charles , 21 Jun 2014I needed a gaming pc for my son and I, after extensive research trawling the internet and reading reviews I purchased two gaming pc's from power computing. Well I have got to say we love them ! The build was very tidy no wires hanging loose etc. I have had battlefield 4 on ultra and it performs flawless. Power computing's after care is also very professional no premium rate numbers to deal with. Every question I had was swiftly answered.
