Massimo, 13 Aug 2014Wednesday 30th July rang at 09.30 to report my computer went "pop" the previous evening. Your service man immediately confirmed I had disconnected from the mains for safety reasons. My machine was under warranty so it was arranged a courier would pick it up that day. Within two hours the courier collected my machine. Friday 1st August you rang at 09.45 to advise my machine was repaired and fully tested and could I possibly take delivery on Monday morning. This was agreed. Monday 4th August my computer arrived just before 11.00 It fired up perfectly just as you predicted and I was catching up on things by 11.30. A five day turnaround with a weekend in between is fantastic and the pleasant, efficient way you dealt with my disaster made me feel confident of a result. There was no stress in dealing with you and I will certainly buy from you again and recommend you strongly to other people. Many thanks for your 1st class customer service. Raymond Nicholls.

My wife bought me a new graphic card for my birthday and the (well known) company she bought it from doesn't supply the relevant cables, in fact they don't even stock one of them. A couple of emails later and I'm installing the missing cable courtesy of you for the princely sum of nothing at all. You didn't even ask if I'd bought anything from you before (which I have and will again) you just wanted to help and to me that's pretty awesome.

I called the sales team and discussed my requirements which were needed for video editing and office program's, I was given a good cost effective custom built PC which has ran flawlessly for the time I have had it so far, the whole process including building and collection was all done within a few hours, defiantly worth using this company for their great products and brilliant service.

Well I have got to say we love them ! The build was very tidy no wires hanging loose etc. I have had battlefield 4 on ultra and it performs flawless. Power computing's after care is also very professional no premium rate numbers to deal with. Every question I had was swiftly answered.
