I first bought some systems from Power Computing back in 2008. At that time I bought the best I could get and only now I have needed to replace the machine for what what I wanted to be able to do. With just one week over from having a whole new custom built machine, again at the top end of processor and hard drives I can happily state that the speed of build, the quality and excellence of the system is perfect. To be able to order a bespoke machine, have it built and tested and then dispatched 3 days later is just awesome. My new PC now boots in seconds. The responsiveness is excellent and the LED "disco show" is a great addition. The delivery being aimed for by midday is also excellent as you get time with your new machine :) All in all, I used this company in the past (where I had to get a graphics card replaced once where they replaced with a better model as the one I had was no longer produced) and I looked to them again to make me a newer PC. I've had three PC systems from Power Computing and never once had any worries over the build or service. Top notch company, and one I will keep in my mind for use if ever need.

What a good job they did; new cooler, new sound card and everything is absolutely spot on. Tower is now very quiet, no crackling or popping noises - VERY VERY GOOD JOB THEY DONE. Thanks Ian

Just recently, my hard-drive packed up and they had my machine collected repaired and returned to me in the three working days between Christmas and New Year - all without it costing me a penny. Mrs Sheridan Lawson, 28 Nov 2016Taken a little while to get around to writing this review, as I just wanted to be sure how good the machine Tom and his colleagues built for me was. I have used Power Computing before but mainly for off the shelf machines, first time for a completely custom machine. I consider myself well informed when it comes putting together a PC specification. However's Tom's advice was spot on and took me slightly different direction for the specification I had come up with, but the end result speaks for itself. Customer service was excellent, even when an issue meant the motherboard needed replacing they handled it quickly and without any problems. To Tom and your colleagues, people often use a car analogy for their PC, Porsche, Ferrari......well my system is a Bugatti Veyron its so fast. I have always recommended Power Computing in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Also very, very, helpful in explaining what type of computer and package she needed for her requirements. Today I have had my Laptop brought up to date(speed etc), through advice from Power, which was considerably cheaper than purchasing a new one. I would have no hesitation in recommending Power to anyone.
