Michael Glossop, 06 Dec 2015The system I purchased over 18 months ago wasn't booting with the PSU cycling on and off. Powerc advised me to try a couple fixes, but when this didn't work offered to pick it up for further examination with no argument.( l drove over in my car in the end to get a quick turnaround). Powerc staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in sorting the problem, and testing the fix before posting the PC back out to me within a week, even replacing the internal card reader as a precaution. Very happy with the service! Thanks Tom and Steve for your help.

Their service is second to none and when they say they'll deliver something within a given time frame, they have never let me down. Many of us are interested in computers as users but that doesn't mean that we understand all the technicalities. What I like about the people at this company is that they are never condescending and have the capacity and desire to explain things in terms that anyone can understand. They have a great attitude towards their customers.

The software from my old laptop was transferred for me despite me forgetting to bring the installation discs. I was given many helpful tips and hints.I have no hesitation in recommending Power Computing to anyone and will be letting friends and family know how good it is! Richard
