I have been considering changing my pc for some time now and have looked at some of the testimonials on your site and thought this is too good to be true. However, I placed my order on Friday 13th July 07 (could be ominous?) and received an e-mail that evening that my system had been built and despatched, delivery expected Monday. I signed for the package at 10.10 on Monday 16th July, unpacked it, plugged it in and everything worked as it should. Thank you very much for an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to all my friends and family. Incidentall, a colleague ordered a new pc for his son from another supplier over three weeks ago and he is still waiting for it to be delivered.

Got it connected and up and running before 9 am with no hitches whatsoever, even had OpenOffice and a free AntiVirus installed on it, so no risk and ready to go from the start. Best service I have ever received when buying a PC, highly recommended.

David Vance, 10 Jul 2007I want to comment on the computer I bought from you three weeks ago as well as your pre-sales and after-sales service. First about the computer. As you know, I ordered a Power Gamer Dual Core AM2 Tower System equipped with a cool-master-elite case with a 600 watt power supply and an extra case-fan, an Asus-M2N-SLI delux motherboard, a dual-core Athlon 3600+, 2 GB ram, an Asus EN8500GT graphics card, a Samsung 320GB SATA 2 hard drive, a Samsung 18x DVDRW LIGHTSCRIBE, a terminator MODEM, a floppy drive, a Newlink internal card reader, an Asus 19in widescreen 5ms monitor, Windows Vista, a Logitech Laser LX710 keyboard and mouse and a Samsung 52x32x52 CDRW 16x DVD Combo Drive. With this you provided a 2-year RTB parts and labour warranty. For this you charged me the princely sum of £774.70 including VAT and delivery. WOW! I bought the computer on Monday morning. It arrived at my door at two-thirty on Wednesday afternoon. In my experience, this was unique and is worthy of a commendation in its own right. The computer worked as advertised directly from the box. All I had to do was connect it and turn it on. There wasn't a single glitch. Due to my wary nature, I downloaded a copy of Sisoftsandra and thoroughly analysed the system. Everything was exactly as it should be. I was stunned. I've been purchasing computers since 1983 and yours is the first that worked on delivery. Even the drivers were up to date. WOW! And now for my evaluation: The system was PERFECT ! The price was INCREDIBLE. Before I bought from PowerC, I searched the internet for weeks looking for a system with the features I wanted at a price I could afford. No other retailer's offering combared with yours. Now about your pre-sales service: Your sales and technical personnel were always available as well as both courteous and helpful. They never rushed me even though I doubtless at times was a shade tedious and jerky. Your afer-sales service was the same. By that I mean - SPOT ON - I have zero complaints. So, overall, from this my first experience with PowerC, I score you 10 / 10. I'll buy my next computer from you and I'll recommend you to anyone who asks.
