andy hargreaves, 29 Mar 2008Hi, I don't usually bother with testimonials, however I ordered a Power Flyer AMD Tower System for a friend of mine and I am so impressed not only by the quality of the goods or the stuff that was pre loaded along with a pukka windows disc. The delivery time was excellent and the computer, monitor and printer were very well packed. All in all, an excellent price, for an excellent product with an excellent service. Thankyou.

We ordered from Power Computing after an awful experience with Dell. We bought a PC from them and it wouldn't work with any of our existing hardware or software. Took hours to set it up and several long phone calls to a distant call centre, being passed from one person to another without solving the problem. After yet more (premium rate) calls and being kept on hold and passed around they finally agreed to give us a refund. The Power Computing Cracker worked straight away, no problems and came with useful software (XP and open office) already loaded. What a difference! Arrived within 24 hours of ordering at a time agreed with helpful customer service staff who called us to confirm the order. Would definitely recommend your products and services over the faceless multinationals. Oh and almost forgot to mention we spent GBP100 less than we would have with Dell.

I identified the problem yesterday afternoon, then rang your support team. This morning the new fan arrived - silence is golden! I ordered 2 custom built power cracker tower systems on the Wednesday afternoon, 3 hours later I received an e-mail saying they had been dispatched and they arrived on the Friday morning. Everything was ready to use, with the OS pre-loaded, all I had to do was plug in the keyboard, monitor and mouse. Thanks for a great service.
Michael Tutt, 17 Mar 2008What can I say? I've had 7 machines from other suppliers (including John Lewis) over the years and this company is simple HEAD'N'SHOULDERS above any previous experience. The closest anyone gets to PowerC was Fujitsu Siemens. Thanks Tom for excellent service, good prices, pleasant and responsive telephone manner, nice clean machine, well packaged and delivered. 27 years in business you say? Well, please stay around for another 27 as we need good suppliers around! Regards
Andy, 16 Mar 2008I don't usually do testimonials unless I am really impressed and, in the case of Power Computing I am really impressed. I ordered a PC setup last Thursday evening and it arrived with all my chosen extras installed on Monday morning. Through tracking my order I knew exactly when it was to be delivered so I didn't waste any time hanging around waiting. Plugging in and setting up was straight forward and I am extremely pleased with my choice especially at the price I paid. Well done Power Computing, I know who I will recommend in the future.
