stephen marsden, 24 Feb 2009I was wanting to buy two gaming machines for my two teenage kids and had narrowed it down to to PCs, one at a company called Novatech and the other at DinoPC. I was not happy with their pre-sales telephone support and luckily for me I just stumbled upon Power Computing (sorry I hadnt heard of you!). I made two pre-sales calls on different days to two different people (sales and technical advice) and what a positive experience. Head and shoulders above their competitors. So I made a last minute instinctive change to go with Power Computing. I live in the North East of England and got my two custom iBuild PCs the next day and within 24 hrs of placing the order (thanks Tom). I swear this is true. Within 24hrs to co Durham! We plugged them both in and were away in minutes. I had done my research on components and these PCs have quality components and are really well built. I know from the two weeks online research that these PCs would have cost me more from other companies who give poor customer service. Decided to custom build a powerful gaming PC and the service was honestly the best I have ever had, for anything. Already pointed my friend this way and he is buying his as I write this, a monster I might add. Loads cheaper and super fast service means, in the the words of Arnold, ... I'll be back!

I have ordered previously of the internet with mixed results but none have come close to beating you guys on price or level of service. I ordered my machine on Monday, was advised by email that it would be at my door before 2pm on Wednesday - and so it was. Fantastic work! Computer is running like a dream.
