I phoned you at 5.45pm on Friday, spoke to Julia, and a new one was at my daughter's in Scotland next morning! Really excellent service.
John, 18 Mar 2009I recently purchased a mini IBuild PC, It began to run very noisily and despite the efforts of the support team the fault could not be diagnosed so arrangements were made to collect the PC the following day. Within 2 working days the PC was ready for return and it arrived before lunch on the day I arranged with the support desk.It now runs almost silently. I even received a phone call to check that the PC was performing ok. This is another example of the excellent after care service provided by Power Computing and is one of the reasons why I continue to recommend them to my friends. Many thanks to all concerned.

You are setting a standard of customer service by which other online PC retailers should aspire to, this is the reason why I keep coming back to you. If you offered an option for established customers to select an alternative delivery address at the checkout stage as companies like Ebuyer, Landmarq, CLS and KMS do, I would purchase a lot more from you. (Ed. - You can do this by using PayPal or Google Checkout.) Keep up the good work guys
