Hi Guys, I owe you this! Within the last month I have bought an iBuild I7 920 gaming pc, with a 4870 GPU and a Samsung NC10 netbook. Prior to this I had been monitoring the market for some months. The Powerc guys know this having been in regular comms with them. All the way, the Sales and Tech reps I have spoken to have been helpful, patient and honest. This degree of support over a protracted period, matched by highly competitive pricing and an easily navigable website point to a company who all readers should do business with. The computers are performing to expectations and the gaming graphics on the i7 and 4870 are a visual feast on the 22" iiyama that I included. The gaming desktop arrived on the day requested, in the timeframe requested, at a weekend and the netbook arrived the next day. This level of service requires planning and commitment and the powerc guys delivered in handfulls. Since then any queries have been dealt with in a similar fashion. In short, it's nice to know that there is a solid retailer/customer relationship based upon good quality service. Well done all at powerc. I don't need to say it, but you get, and have already had, my recommendation to my work colleagues and friends. Enjoy your Easter Eggs!

After checking out various online computer builders we came across powerc.com - the prices were very good and the the website was a recommendation in itself, fast and informative. We put together an order for a custom built computer using their website, placed the order before 11.00am on the Monday and it was on our doorstep just after 10.00am on the Tuesday ! - less than 24 hours to custom build to our spec, test AND deliver - now that's what I call service and we will definitely use them again.

John, 18 Mar 2009I recently purchased a mini IBuild PC, It began to run very noisily and despite the efforts of the support team the fault could not be diagnosed so arrangements were made to collect the PC the following day. Within 2 working days the PC was ready for return and it arrived before lunch on the day I arranged with the support desk.It now runs almost silently. I even received a phone call to check that the PC was performing ok. This is another example of the excellent after care service provided by Power Computing and is one of the reasons why I continue to recommend them to my friends. Many thanks to all concerned.
