You are setting a standard of customer service by which other online PC retailers should aspire to, this is the reason why I keep coming back to you. If you offered an option for established customers to select an alternative delivery address at the checkout stage as companies like Ebuyer, Landmarq, CLS and KMS do, I would purchase a lot more from you. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped me out when I was selecting the hardware. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of getting a new pc.

Kevin Henman , 06 Mar 2009Ordered on Sunday evening at around 6:30PM. Arrived Tuesday 10AM. Worked perfectly straight from the box within 5 minutes. Absolutely rapid compared to my former now "dead" Athlon XP1800. I have never used Vista before but I decided to purchase at the same time to give me a working PC. I found it completely different to XP and I am glad I decided to take the plunge, after hearing all the negative stories. Fast smooth and easy to use. All my software is now running including my train program that now works perfectly. Vista found my printer without me having to load over 500MB of HP software that I never use. (It's worth it for that alone). I was going to purchase a motherboard bundle from Ebuyer or Novatech, but could not find everything I wanted in one box. I stumbled upon Powerc (sorry). The rest is history, I have recommended you to several colleagues at work who, I hope, will purchase from you in the future. If you want good service with an easy website to use and configure your PC and see the final price with no hidden extras then look no further. JR
