I got a custom built PC from these guys, ordered and paid for it 11am on Friday morning, paid a bit extra for Saturday delivery, and it was here 23 hours later at 10am! I had a small problem at the very start when I got the machine, but this just turned out to be user error and not the PC :) Tech support emailed me back within 5 minutes of hitting the send button, amazing, you wouldn't get this with any of the big players out there. I know where I'll be getting all my machines from in future, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

Paul Jenkins, 31 Mar 2009I did a fair amount of research before ordering a new PC. One of the best deals around is the Credit Crunch PC offered by Powerc. I decided to take the plunge and ordered on Monday evening. I had a follow up email advising that the PC would be delivered by 1pm on Wednesday. As promised it arrived and I must say I was really pleased with the product. 15 minutes of unpacking and connecting and it was up and running, no problems at all. I have already recommended Powerc to two of my colleagues and will continue to recommend them whenever I get the chance. Thank you for making my purchase so easy.

RECEIVED products 11:00 am on the 25/3. 6 hours before I received Confirmation of Dispatch ! This wasn't an "of the shelf" build PC either. Congratulations... karon lungan, 27 Mar 2009Hi Guys, I owe you this! Within the last month I have bought an iBuild I7 920 gaming pc, with a 4870 GPU and a Samsung NC10 netbook. Prior to this I had been monitoring the market for some months. The Powerc guys know this having been in regular comms with them. All the way, the Sales and Tech reps I have spoken to have been helpful, patient and honest. This degree of support over a protracted period, matched by highly competitive pricing and an easily navigable website point to a company who all readers should do business with. The computers are performing to expectations and the gaming graphics on the i7 and 4870 are a visual feast on the 22" iiyama that I included. The gaming desktop arrived on the day requested, in the timeframe requested, at a weekend and the netbook arrived the next day. This level of service requires planning and commitment and the powerc guys delivered in handfulls. Since then any queries have been dealt with in a similar fashion. In short, it's nice to know that there is a solid retailer/customer relationship based upon good quality service. Well done all at powerc. I don't need to say it, but you get, and have already had, my recommendation to my work colleagues and friends. Enjoy your Easter Eggs!
