The best thing was the response from Powerc, I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to PCs and these guys really helped me, believe me when I say I asked alot of questions and all responses were imformative and speedy. Good in terms of not persuading me to get the most expensive but explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the two options I was asking about. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Thanks people!!
Ainsley Fletcher, 05 Nov 2009High end computer ordered on Tuesday. Telephone call from Power Computing to suggest a better graphics card for the same price. Computer delivered as promised the following Tuesday. Sound card found to be incorrect. Telephoned Power Computing late on Tuesday. Engineer turned up on Thursday morning with the correct sound card. He also sorted out an issue with Windows 7 not recognizing my pen drives. I could mention another computer seller who would not have even replied to my query about the sound card by the Thursday. Excellent service.

I have used Powerc many times over the last 10 years and found them completely reliable. As they are fairly local I occasionally pop over to buy over the counter. The advice is always good and the attitude friendly.
