Emails were sent to me with up to date details of the progress, from the initial ordering, the stages of the build and through to the time of despatch. I needed to telephone Power Computing and they were professional, friendly and helpful. I received my computer - shipped to France - within a week of making the order. Emails kept me updated up to dispatch and on arrival it was well packed and it was running and stable straight out of the box.
