I ordered one of your iBuild Machines on 13/12/2010 having selected Graphics & Sound cards plus Windows 7 operating system, the computer was delivered to me by lunchtime on 15/12/2010, a wonderful service. I couldn't get the graphics card to work,I reported this to Tom at Powerc on Saturday 18th Dec. Tom suggested various remedies which didn't cure the problem,a new graphics card was sent which I received on the Tuesday,I removed the old card and installed the new one, all with powerc guidance and all was well. Whilst this was a little frustrating I cannot praise enough the way everything was handled. It's only when something goes wrong do you find out how good the company is, and this one could not be better. will most certainly use them in the future. Brian Terry-Short, 26 Jan 2011I ordered a computer tower, laptop and external hard drive on the Thursday which where sent out the same day for me to receive on the Friday with free delivery!! when my parcels arrived I was missing the external hard drive so I phoned power computing they assured me that it was parcelled up with the rest of my order and said they would look into it for me, it turned out it was stolen in transit, power computing where brilliant they dealt with everything for me, I received a replacement external hard drive the following Friday. I would recommend power computing to anyone who is looking to buy from a trusted shop' they are reliable,friendly offer excellent service and resolve any issues fast which as any on-line shopper knows is near impossible to find' thank you power computing I will definitely be buying from you again and will recommend you to all my family and friends

Peter Noble, 17 Jan 2011I was meaning to comment before Christmas but unfortunately everything has been manic as usual! I want to say how happy I am with the build of my new i7 computer. Everything I asked for was done and I can’t thank you enough for the quality of the build, and of course the quietness too! I have installed all my software I require and no problems whatsoever, I was careful to make sure all was compatible with Win 7 to eliminate any potential issues. Very happy with the machine, it is everything I hoped for and better in some cases. I think it was the right decision to go or the extra ram, everything is just so smooth and fast. I have not really pushed the graphics card yet but I have bought a few high end games to try that soon! Thanks again,

Kev Parsons, 24 Dec 2010Bought a new PC from Powerc.com a couple of years ago and decided to upgrade it with a new processor & cooling. Power completed the job in a couple of days - overclocked my new i7 930 chip to 3.8ghz and it has been running perfectly for the past 4 months.
