ernie coxon, 02 Mar 2012I placed my order on Friday (24th.) at 20.03, I had an acknowledgement back by return. On Saturday I had further e-mails updating me as to the progress of my order. This morning I had a text at 07.50 telling the delivery time of my order together with alternatives that I could chose if it was not convenient today. My order arrived 10 minutes in to the time slot for delivery I had been given in the text message. Overall I am very impressed with the service and would have no hesitation in using this firm again and I will recommend it to my colleagues about it as well.

PC crashed Friday evening, phoned Power Computing Saturday morning and was told they would have a look at it. Took it in that morning. Went shopping in Bedford for a couple of hours while they checked it over, when I went back was told I needed a new Hard Drive, but it wasn't quite ready. Was allowed to wait for it until well passed their closing time and took my PC home the same day. What fantastic service! Highly reccomended.

The operating system was already installed and ready to go. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional. And unlike the off the shelf PCs, they provide the proper O/S installation media.

I have bought several computers and have always received good service and technical support.Thats why I keep coming back. My latest purchase you told me would fly. I got it home and proceeded to download my printers and games. In an hour I was actually playing my game, talk about fly it went through my list faster than I could put the disks in. I would recommend, and have done, your company to anyone thinking of upgrading or having a computer built. Derek Starling, 09 Feb 2012I intended building a pc myself but after discovering powerc's ibuild option found that any savings involved were very marginal. I therefore went for the ibuild option and am very pleased with both the product and very short delivery time.
Pete Stephens, 08 Feb 2012THESE GUYS ARE FOR REAL. I ordered an ibuild PC to use for work and fun just before lunchtime on Saturday. I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday, and by 16:15 on Tuesday it was delivered to Aberdeenshire. Great Value, Great Service and Great Delivery. The m/c is working well and its taking me longer to sort and transfer files than it did for them to send it. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on my experience.
