As before, the service and communication has been excellent - even to using a courier who gave me a delivery slot of 60 minutes. What influenced me as much as anything to buy once more from Power Computing was the professional and speedy way they replaced a burnout graphics card on one of my older PC's. Their two year return-to-base warranty provides the necessary peace of mind when buying a new machine. And their non-premium telephone number also sets them apart from many of the "bigger" boys.

Tom was very helpful with finalising the specification, even recommending an alternative graphics card that wasn't stocked by the company. The unit was delivered on the day as notified, very well packed and with all manuals, media, etc. Excellent build quality and tidy interior cabling.
