I had certain requirements and techincal questions regarding configuration and components which were answered speedily and satifactorily via email. As I serve live weather data to the internet 24/7 I also required quick delivery to minimise downtime, as well as a stable machine. I ordered an Intel i3 custom build machine at 3pm on a Wednesday and it was built and delivered to me at 9am on Friday. Now that is what I call speedy! And good value with my chosen configuration options. 5 weeks on and I am very happy with my purchase from PowerC - 100% stable running 24/7 for nearly a month now. Whenever I happen to need a new machine I will certainly not hesitate in choosing PowerC again.

The customer service was spot-on, I had a couple of mistakes in my card details and a couple of other problems, and got calls almost instantly, meaning they were solved incredibly quickly. Living in Spain, the delivery was predicted to be 4-5 days on the site, and it came on the 4th day, which was a pleasant surprise. The packaging of the products was very neatly done and everything was well protected. And the PC itself? Well, it's the best computer I've laid hands on in my life. Best purchase I've made yet. 10/10, 5 stars. Anyone having doubts on buying from here, fear not, they're amazing!

MARK WHITE, 22 Jun 2012Thanks PowerC for another easy computer purchase. This must be our third or fourth computer from you and the procurement and setup process couldn't be simpler. I order in the morning and pick up the computer that same day, plug it in and we're off. We have in the past bought all the seperate components and built our own PC's but this method is so much easier and we don't have any of the compatibility problems we always had with our own builds. I shot a christening today (3 cameras) and finished editing today! I literally save days of editing time thanks to your expert advice! I would recommend any video business to discuss with Power Computing on how to may their workflow much, much quicker! In fact I now edit in totally smooth realtime! thanks again guys. David Husband, 04 Jun 2012I ordered an i7 Extreme Gaming PC and it was ready for collection after a couple of days. Service was extremely friendly and professional, and when I had any queries my emails were answered very quickly. The chap I was talking to was extremely helpful in getting me the exact computer I wanted, and I have recommended this company to several friends and family. I will definitely be back when my computer it due for an upgrade. The computer has been working perfectly with no faults at all. One happy customer here!
Adam Patel, 02 Jun 2012Based on a recommendation from a friend, I have just used PowerC for the first time. It was very easy to pick the spec I wanted, to talk this through with the people there, and to make a few tweaks. I ordered on a Tuesday and the computer arrived on the following Friday morning. I even had emails telling me when, to the nearest hour, the delivery would be made. I specified the monitor I wanted, and PowerC were happy to supply that, so everything was in the same box. The whole thing worked perfectly straight away, and PowerC were very helpful when I wanted to use an old parallel printer which did not have a USB connection. I’m very pleased with the way things have gone, and the fact that PowerC are not too far away from me is an added bonus. On the basis of my experience so far, I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.
Ken Baillie, 01 Jun 2012Been thinking about treating myself to a new gaming PC for sometime, the options...PowerC or 'another company'. I chose PowerC due to far shorter biuld time, 1 day vs 14 days. I definitely made the right choice going with PowerC. Very friendly staff and the system they built me runs fantastic!! I'd definitely recommend PowerC to anyone....
