After having some very depressing experiences with other companies I waited a week to post this. I am delighted to say that Powerc are everything one would hope for and more. I called them last Friday to enquire about and then order a highly specced gaming PC. Tom was extremely helpful about which components were best for my requirements (with no hard sell at all)which were to be able to play all games with all settings on maximum! I was then able to collect the computer the next day. To my absolute delight, not only did this beautiful machine come all ready to plug everything in and play, but Powerc had installed fantatastic free gamer-friendly anti-virus software, added a folder to the desktop with my name on it for easy access and storage, and had fixed all the graphics settings for my monitor as well. A truly fantastic service and a company I would not hesitate to recommend wholeheartedly (and have already done so to my entire gaming community!) On a side note, Tom was also able to correctly diagnose the problem with my old pc and provided a reasonably priced replacement part which has fixed it beautifully so I have a lovely top-grade brand new pc plus a nice backup for emergencies. Rob Iskett, 20 Jul 2012I had never heard of PowerC before and found their site when searching for a replacement PC as my trusty old computer was dying after 6 years of faithful service. I had certain requirements and techincal questions regarding configuration and components which were answered speedily and satifactorily via email. As I serve live weather data to the internet 24/7 I also required quick delivery to minimise downtime, as well as a stable machine. I ordered an Intel i3 custom build machine at 3pm on a Wednesday and it was built and delivered to me at 9am on Friday. Now that is what I call speedy! And good value with my chosen configuration options. 5 weeks on and I am very happy with my purchase from PowerC - 100% stable running 24/7 for nearly a month now. Whenever I happen to need a new machine I will certainly not hesitate in choosing PowerC again.

The customer service was spot-on, I had a couple of mistakes in my card details and a couple of other problems, and got calls almost instantly, meaning they were solved incredibly quickly. Living in Spain, the delivery was predicted to be 4-5 days on the site, and it came on the 4th day, which was a pleasant surprise. The packaging of the products was very neatly done and everything was well protected. And the PC itself? Well, it's the best computer I've laid hands on in my life. Best purchase I've made yet. 10/10, 5 stars. Anyone having doubts on buying from here, fear not, they're amazing!
