I recently purchased an iBuild machine which I 'configured' myself using the Power Computing website. While I was thinking about what I wanted, I rang the company several times. The staff there are great. They know what they are talking about and, what really impressed me was their honesty. They could have sold me much more stuff which I didn't need, or more expensive high-spec components that I wouldn't use. I finally settled for a machine I was told would be amazingly fast and it is. It boots and is ready to use on the internet in 35 seconds. Thanks Tom.
Dave Streeter, 07 Sep 2012We ordered a new ibuild PC late on Friday 31 August, and spoke to Tom regarding its specification and configuration. Tom couldn't have been more helpful, efficient or knowledgeable, especially as we wanted the computer to run XP pro to support our legacy apps. It was all sorted in minutes, and the new PC was ready for collection the following Tuesday. Not only was Windows fully installed and configured (which has not been our experience with other suppliers in the past), but Power Computing partitioned the hard disks to our exact specs. We ordered a "quiet" PC. But that is an understatement; it is absolutely silent and runs like a dream. All in all, our expectations have been considerably exceeded and we would not hesitate to buy more machines from Power Computing.

Malcolm Ness, 05 Sep 2012Ordered new ibuild computer 12 15pm on 22nd August (quoted 2 -3days delivery) which i thought was pushing it as it had to be built to my requirements.Hey Ho after a delivery time was posted on my old computer,it arrived 11 55am 23 August, and fully installed by 15 00pm fantastic.Less than 24hrs from order to delivery to my front door.I should like to congratulate every one concerned at power computing for a great service, second to none in this modern age. The one minor issue I had with accompanying software was dealt with quickly, efficiently and without any need for discussion. The equipment arrived within the time specified, was well packed and the quality of build and overall performance are great, as is the value for money. kate white, 18 Aug 2012On Tuesday 14th August I went to Power Computing to order a new computer. I was met by Tom a very pleasant young man who was very helpful and suggested some changes to the original spec.( which saved me money) He agreed to load my security software and Open windows . At about 10.30 am I left Power.C knowing that I had ordered a computer suitable for my needs and reliable, at 2.30 pm Tom rang to say the computer was built and ready for collection, Back home I installed the computer and have now loaded other software,without any problems. EVERTHING IS UP AND RUNNING. Super!! You can't get better than that. Tom and his bachroom colleagues did a splendid job WELL DONE TO YOU ALL I always try to get friends to go to Power Conputing, some have and we are all very please with the equuipment we have purchased from you. Trevor Williams, 17 Aug 2012Monday morning: Used iBuild to configure a system. Asked stupid questions to technical team and got polite knowledgeable answers. Monday afternoon: Ordered system. Tuesday: Notified that system was built and would be delivered next day between 08:50 - 09:50. Wednesday 09:30 System delivered... ... remarkable!
