Purely by accident, I came across the Power Computing site, and I am glad that I did. Their on screen customizer for Gaming PCs was a doddle to use, allowing you to tailor your PC for your needs and showing you exactly how much it will cost. The build was very quick and arrived well packaged a couple of days after the order was made. Fitted up the PC and it did not work, or so I thought !! I contacted them and without hesitation asked me to return it for checking and possible repair. Returned to me a few days later and informed that nothing was wrong with the PC, it turned out that my Monitor had gone wrong and was unable to show the PC was working, although I have a laptop that was connected through the HDMI to the same Monitor and that was working 100%, which had fooled me. The company kept me informed by phone at their expense to let me know what was happening and were very helpful, offering advice etc... I had originally ordered the PC without Windows, and while it was there asked if it could be installed which was done without any problems. I am very happy with the end result, the PC is performing very well. If I was able to give marks out of 10, I would give Power Computing a 10/10,for service, 10/10 for value for money. I am very, very pleased with my experience with this company, and with the chap (STEVE) who helped me out. If you are thinking about having a PC built, be sensible and use this company. john johnson, 22 Mar 2014I've needed a new desktop/tower PC for ages but dreaded the thought of fighting to set up the usual standard Dell/HP "This is what you can have" offerings, with all the added bloatware. Found PowerC's ad and rang Tom on 21st Feb. 25th Feb (after the weekend!), new machine was delivered - with just what I wanted, set up just how I wanted (2 big drives configured as Raid 1 in a quiet case). Quiet case is well worth the extra for a home set-up, and I am hugely impressed with the attention to detail in the build - all the wires run neatly and tie-wrapped. Seamless. Highly recommended! David Wilson, 12 Mar 2014I have always bought PC's off the shelf and they did the job and seemed value for money. However when my PC died recently (6 year old) I did some online research and called into a couple of large computing stores but was not impressed with the spec/price of any of the PC's on offer. Having browsed the web and discovered Power Computing Ltd I realised how easy it was to get a PC built with the exact spec that I wanted. I'm not a techy guy so I did make several calls to Tom for advice and nothing was too much trouble for him. He advised me on many aspects to establish exactly what would be the right PC for me but never pressurised or hassled me to make a decision. After several builds using their excellent ibuild PC I finally confirmed the spec bang on my budget. Again rang Tom and we talked through it and I placed my order that Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday. Works perfect, fantastic spec and far better value for money than any 'off the shelf' PC. Would recommend Power Computing to anyone for both customer service and product quality. My PC is high spec, future proof, quiet as a mouse, doing everything Tom said it would be capable of and covered by their fantastic 2 year warranty though judging by other reviews it won't be needed. Absolutely delighted and I highly recommend them.

The computer I have received was ordered for me by recommendation. My comments therefore are limited to personal contact and delivery arrangements. I am delighted with my new equipment which was delivered on time in very well protected packaging. It looks good and very quiet in operation. Everything described was there and easy to install (by my engineer) My personal contact with powerc.com was a pleasure especially because I was made to feel welcome and the patient advice was given with understanding of my inferior knowledge. Massimo, 25 Feb 2014After a few months experience with my i7-4770K @ 3.50GHz, 16 GB ram and 250 GB SSD, I can say it is exactly what Tom said it would be; really fast, virtually silent (Coolermaster case), and just great. The case comes with a built-in hard drive docking station which is convenient for back-ups. In spite of having no dedicated graphics card my photo editing software manipulates large raw files seemlessly.

I’ve never bought a computer before having always built them myself, but over the last 10 years I’ve stayed away from desktops and relied solely on laptops. Being older, and now able to afford all the components at the same time, I decided to have one custom built. I wasn’t sure how it would go but I am so so pleased with the result. The computer arrived, very well packed, and as soon as it arrived I opened it up to add a few extra fans and fan controller. The build quality that POWERC achieved shocked me. The inside was immaculate, wires were managed beautifully and everything about the computer screamed professionalism. The most shocking part was that they built it to this standard and posted it out to me within 3 days of me ordering. Wow! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone wanting a new pc, whether it be a simple desktop or a sweet gaming rig. On top of all that the price-point was excellent. Thanks for my awesome new system!!

Mike Dean, 19 Jan 2014I know next to nothing about the workings of computers. My old computer was 32 bit and as my mate Kev pointed out, 'Noah had one of those in his ark, Steve!' Kev had a cunning plan. 'There's this guy in Bedford. Knows his stuff. He'll build you a computer from scratch AND you get exactly what you want' So, on Friday the 27th of December 2013 we arrived at Unit 82a with a wish list. TV card, wireless key board and mouse, mega memory, windows 7, DVD and blue ray player, Pre-installed antivirus, word and excel, etc. 'No problem' said Tom. He put all my requirements into his computer and gave me a price. 'Too much', said I. 'How much were you looking to spend'? asked Tom. 'About £100 less than your quote'. 'Ok, if I do this and this.....' After a brief discussion between the three of us with Kev translating, a deal was struck. 'When can I pick it up'? I asked. 'We'll get started on it straight away. It will be ready tomorrow'. 'Tomorrow? Excellent. See you then'. Sure enough, at 1pm on Saturday the 28th of December my new computer was ready. A member of Tom's staff even brought the boxes to the car for me. The service I received was excellent and Tom and his staff were very helpful and friendly. My new computer does exactly what I wanted it to do. If your looking for a new computer, I can recommend them.
