Arthur Richards, 05 Jun 2015Over the last few years I have bought several PC's from Power Computing so feel that I can offer a fair review of the company. First of all the staff at reception are knowledgeable and only too happy to offer advice and guidance to both the uninitiated and the technically aware customer. Over the years, some of my equipment has required repairs, which they have always done effectively and at a reasonable cost when out of warranty. Recently I have been plagued by a virus and a faulty Microsoft update which although they proved challenging, Power Computing resolved the problems, taking care that I would not lose any data. Would I buy yet another computer from them? Absolutely and without hesitation. Buying from some of the large computer stores where you may be lucky to find someone pc literate is a none starter when I can buy comparable equipment that has been built by the actual people who talk to you and who design your PC.

Because my order was fairly top-of-the-range, I was asked to delay my collection until Wednesday morning so that the system could be fully tested. I agreed happily. Collected new, wonderful computer on Wednesday morning 15th April from charming, informative staff. Computer is brilliant and works beyond my expectations. I have already recommended Power Computing to my office staff. All in all, a very pleasant (if quite expensive!) experience. Well done, Power Computing.

I had considered building my own computer but I don't think I could have done for the price I paid Power Computing.

I ordered a new PC this week and was not disappointed. Computer and monitor ordered Tuesday night, arrived Saturday morning and running by Saturday afternoon.
