However they fixed it in 24 hours New hard drive and complete operating system and data transfer When it comes to buying a new one I will be going back to them. I first bought an iBuild PC from them about 7 years ago and it has given me good service over the years. I like their iBuild website as it gives lots of options for you to choose from and plenty of information about the component choices and their compatibility. Last July I bought my second iBuild PC from them. I was looking for a PC that would run my FSX flight Sim to the max so I spoke to Steve at Power C to see that the choice of build that I was looking at was up to the job. He could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I have spoken to Steve a few times since and have always found him (and all the staff at Power C) to be very helpful. I bought my new PC from them as I know that they are very customer focused and I know that I can trust them to give me exactly what I want. If I need help I will get very good honest advice and excellent after sales service if I should need it. Unlike a lot of other companies their service continues even after they have cashed your cheque! Well done Power C! (Alan James 15th January 2015).
