Two weeks ago I ordered an Intel Prestige tower system by phone. The order was dealt with in a very friendly and understanding way and I was amazed at how quickly the customized tower system was delivered. All the "extras" from Asus for the motherboard and tv tuner were included and it was easy to connect to my existing peripherals. So far has worked beautifully. The price was very reasonable for a system with a relatively "future-proof" motherboard and a two year guarantee.
