The website is well laid out and a quick phonecall let me tweak the PC slightly further with some very good advice. I bought the PC on the Wednesday morning over the phone and (with appologies for the delay) it was with me by Friday lunchtime. Now that I've got it the build quality is excellent, the components top notch and the after sales support superb.
