Recently the hard drive failed, (this is a fault of the samsung drive not powerc) I contacted the support department who replied within a couple of hours. The machine was collected from my work on wednesday and delivered back friday. That is great service. Most companies are helpful while you are buying, but its situations like this that really show who looks after their customers.

They have a great customer service team who are very helpful from order all the way up to delivery and after. i would definately re-order as the machine is very fast and looks very sexy and modern. The desktop was built exactly to my specification and the entire order was dispatched to me within 48 hours of payment. The postage is free which is great as any other online company charges at least £15. So forget PC World and all the other shop's & shop with powerc.com if you want a good deal! Thanks.
