Fan and hard drive replacement to a HP Laptop 17” Laptop Model 17-1002na

Customer booked in their HP Laptop repair because the laptop was running very slowly and kept crashing. Also informed us that when picking the laptop up when on, the fan would make whirring noises. I diagnosed the laptop. The problem was the hard drive and the fan that cools the system down. I advised customer that we should take this opportunity to change the faulty HD to a super-fast SSD drive and replace the internal fan for a new replacement as the laptop is in very good condition and only 18months old.
